Situation
A critical domain name had become inaccessible, putting part of the company’s history, online presence and business communications at risk.
At the same time, access to documents on construction sites still relied on an organization that was poorly adapted to mobile and field-based work.
Intervention
My first priority was to recover access to the critical services required to maintain business continuity.
Once that immediate risk had been eliminated, I reorganized and secured the working environment so employees and contractors could easily find, access and share the documents they needed, whether in the office or on construction sites.
